Downloading Grok Conversations

TotalRecalls reads your local Grok (grok.com) session and downloads every conversation to local Markdown and JSON.

Steps

1. Open grok.com and sign in.
2. Launch TotalRecalls. Select "Grok" as the provider.
3. Click Scan Chats. TotalRecalls reads local browser session data.
4. Choose which chats to download.
5. Select format: Markdown + JSON and pick a destination folder.
6. Click Download.

Notes

• Grok does not have an official data download. We use local session reading.
• X posts referenced in chats are preserved as quoted links in the Markdown download.
